BBQ Chicken Pizza

  • 1 Cut Da Carb flatbread

  • 6 oz chicken breast

  • ½ cup bbq sauce

  • ½ red onion, chopped

  • ¼ cup cilantro 

  • 1 cup mozzarella 

  • 1 oz smoked gouda

directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Salt chicken breast on both sides, then place in an ovenproof dish.

  3. Evenly coat chicken breast with ¼ cup of the BBQ  sauce on both sides. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is done.

  4. Remove from the oven and cut into ½” cubes; set aside.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cut da carb flatbread.

  6. Spread 2 tbsp of the BBQ  sauce evenly on the flatbread as the “pizza sauce”.

  7. Sprinkle on both cheeses, onion slices, and bbq chicken cubes. (Be careful not to make it too heavy!)

  8. Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes.

  9. Top with remaining 2 tbsp of bbq sauce and cilantro & dig in!
