Ahi Poke
Ingredients
½ pound sashimi-grade Ahi tuna
½ shallot, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
½ tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
Cut the ahi into ½-inch cubes, and place into a bowl.
Add the shallots, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds and gently toss.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
